Wranglers forward Pete MacArthur and center Adam Miller scored the lone goals of the first period, giving Las Vegas a 2-0 lead over the Eagles. With forward Eric Lampe's assist on MacArthur's goal, he extended his point-scoring streak to 15 games (12 goals, 13 assists) and broke the Wranglers' all-time record, previously held by Miller with 31 points (14 goals, 17 assists) in 14 games in the 2009-10 season.
