
Worcester Sharks Host John Buccigross Overtime Challenge Bobblehead

Worcester, MA - The Worcester Sharks (@WorcesterSharks), proud American Hockey League affiliate of the San Jose Sharks (@SanJoseSharks) announced today that the first 3,000 fans will receive a one-of-a-kind John Buccigross Overtime Challenge bobblehead doll presented by Southbridge Savings Bank when the Sharks host the Providence Bruins on Saturday, January 10 at 7pm at the DCU Center in Worcester. Buccigross will also be in attendance and sign autographs from 6-8pm.
The first 3,000 fans will receive a "Bucci" Overtime Challenge bobblehead doll presented by Southbridge Savings Bank on Saturday. The #bucciovertimechallenge bobblehead doll honors the twitter contest created by Buccigross for the NHL playoffs. Buccigross will sign autographs from 6-8pm, drop the ceremonial first puck, and will have his popular #bucciovertimechallenge merchandise available with proceeds donated to charity.
If the Worcester Sharks game on Saturday goes into overtime, fans will be invited to play the #bucciovertimechallenge twitter game with prizes for the selected winners! Seven of the first 33 (21.2%) games this season for the Sharks have gone into overtime this season!
Arrive early for the 6th annual High School Hockey Showdown featuring the Shrewsbury Colonials vs. the Algonquin Tomahawks. Doors open at 2pm for the girls' varsity game at 2:10pm and the boys' game at 4pm. The Sharks host the Providence Bruins at 7pm. One ticket is good for all three games!
