
Worcester Sharks Freeze Pricing On All 2010-11 Season Ticket Packages

WORCESTER - Worcester Sharks President and CEO Michael T. Lehr announced today that the Worcester Sharks will FREEZE the price of all 2010-11 full and half season ticket packages in preparation for the Sharks fifth season at the DCU Center in Worcester and the 75th season of the American Hockey League.
Some of the exclusive highlights and benefits for full season ticket holders include:
o Up to 30% savings off Box Office ticket pricing
o Payment plans to fit everyone's specific needs including a ten month plan
o Priority access to purchase tickets to other DCU Center events (subject to availability)
o Five FREE "friends and family" ticket vouchers with ability to purchase additional tickets at 40% off Box Office ticket prices.
"Given the current state of our economy, the Sharks are pleased to announce that we are freezing the price of season ticket packages for the sharks fifth season in Worcester," said Lehr. "Last season we reduced prices and we felt that it was important to keep our season ticket prices among the lowest in the AHL. Our season ticket holders are the life line and foundation of our organization and we look forward to their continued support."
Entering their fifth season in Worcester, the Sharks look ahead to another affordable and fan friendly season at the DCU Center. As an incentive, any Sharks fan that secures their 2010-11 season tickets by placing a $75 deposit per seat by April 10th will receive the first round of the 2010 Calder Cup playoffs at the DCU Center for FREE.
2010-11 Full Season Ticket Pricing:
* Gold Level Tickets: Adult $550 ($13.75 per game) - Youth & Senior $400 ($10.00 per game)
* Teal Level Tickets: Adult $450 ($11.25 per game) - Youth & Senior $360 ($9.00 per game)
2010-11 Half Season Ticket Pricing:
* Gold Level Tickets: Adult $290 ($14.50 per game) - Youth & Senior $200 ($10.00 per game)
* Teal Level Tickets: Adult $240 ($12.00 per game) - Youth & Senior $180 ($9.00 per game)
