The Chicago Wolves have released goaltender DAVID BROWN from his Professional Tryout Contract (PTO).

BROWN was signed earlier today, but did not see any action in Chicago's 6-5 overtime loss to the Peoria Rivermen tonight. He has appeared in 31 outings with the Central Hockey League's Quad City Mallards this season, posting a 2.28 goals-against average, .931 save percentage and 15-13-1 record.

The Wolves return to action on Friday when they take on the Milwaukee Admirals in an Amtrak Rivalry matchup at the Allstate Arena at 7:30 p.m.
