Wolves Ink Miller and Huxley

The Chicago Wolves have signed forwards TIM MILLER and ADAM HUXLEY to Professional Tryout Contracts (PTO).

MILLER has appeared in nine outings with the Wolves this season, recording five points (2G, 3A).

The 23-year-old forward has also skated in 46 matchups with the ECHL's Gwinnett Gladiators this season. He ranks first on Gwinnett and 11th in the ECHL with 20 goals and holds third on the Gladiators with 36 points. Last year, the Davisburg, Mich., native recorded two points (G, A) and 18 penalty minutes in 21 outings with the American Hockey League's Syracuse Crunch, and 35 points (15G, 20A) in 44 ECHL outings with Gwinnett.

HUXLEY accrued 12 penalty minutes in two contests with the Wolves this season. He has also notched 10 assists and 14 points in 32 ECHL outings with the Idaho Steelheads. The 27-year-old forward also ranks second on Idaho and 13th in the league with 112 penalty minutes and leads the Steelheads with a +7 plus/minus rating.

The Wainwright, Alberta, native registered a career-high 14 assists and 21 points in 60 ECHL games with Idaho last season. He also paced the Steelheads and ranked fifth in the league with 210 penalty minutes.

The Wolves will travel to Texas to take on the Houston Aeros on Thursday at 11 a.m.
