Wolves Host Colts & Bulls

The Sudbury Wolves will play host to the Barrie Colts and the Belleville Bulls this Friday and Saturday in double-header action.

The Wolves will clash with their division rivals, the Barrie Colts on Friday, November 7th at 7:30PM. Colts' Centre JOSEPH BLANDISI leads the Colts with a total of 29 points in their first 16 games. BLANDISI is a draft pick of the COLORADO AVALANCHE and was selected in the 6th round of the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. Friday's game will also mark JONATHAN DUCHESNE's first game as part of the Sudbury Wolves Hockey Club. DUCHESNE, who came from the Ottawa 67's earlier this week, is a 6'' and 201 lbs left defenceman entering his third season in the OHL.

Friday's game is sponsored by BM METALS and HERBY. They will be on hand with prizes and giveaways throughout the game.

The Wolves will return to the ice Saturday night at 7:00PM to take on the Belleville Bulls at the Sudbury Arena. This will be the second meeting between the Wolves and Bulls this season. Bulls' left-winger REMI ELIE and defenceman JORDAN SUBBAN lead the team with 19 and 18 points each respectively. Bulls' goalie CHARLIE GRAHAM has been strong in the net with a 0.925 save percentage. This will be the last stop in the Bull's Northern tour.

Saturday is Veterans and Military Appreciation night. Prior to the game, the Wolves will host a Remembrance Day ceremony. The Wolves will also be wearing special jerseys commemorating the 70th Anniversary of Juno Beach which will be auctioned off throughout the game. Proceeds from the jersey auction will go towards the Juno Beach Centre.
