Wolves Add Forwars Siddall and Taylor

The Atlanta Thrashers have reassigned right wing MATT SIDDALL (sih-DAHL) from the ECHL's Gwinnett Gladiators to the Chicago Wolves. In addition, Chicago has signed center JUSTIN TAYLOR.

SIDDALL ranks third on the Gladiators with 11 goals, shares third with 27 points and ranks third with 141 penalty minutes in 32 matchups with Gwinnett this year. He has also tallied four penalty minutes in eight American Hockey League outings spanning two stints with the Wolves.

Last year, the 24-year-old forward completed his fourth season with Northern Michigan University (CCHA), netting a career-high 18 goals, 36 points and 116 penalty minutes in 41 games during his senior campaign. Overall, SIDDALL amassed 32 goals, 44 assists, 76 points and 357 penalty minutes in 147 outings during his four-year collegiate career.

TAYLOR, who posted an assist in the Las Vegas Wrangler's 3-2 win over the Phoenix RoadRunners last night, has amassed nine goals and 24 points in 28 games with the ECHL club this season, and appeared in two AHL outings with the Houston Aeros.

The 26-year-old forward appeared in seven contests with the AHL's Norfolk Admirals last season, notching five points (3G, 2A), and spent the previous two campaigns with the Omaha Ak-Sar-Ben Knights (AHL). Overall, the Edmonton, Alberta, native, has accrued 35 goals, 36 assists and 71 points in 195 career AHL outings with the Lowell Lock Monsters (2004-05), Ak-Sar-Ben Knights (2005-07), Admirals (2007-08) and Aeros (2008-09).
