GRAND CHUTE, WI - The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers return to Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium for seven games from April 28 through May 4 and there is so much more than baseball going on at the stadium. A rescheduled Weather Day, a Throwback Game with the third bobblehead in the 20th Anniversary season series, a surprise Bobblehead Giveaway, and an appearance by Gorman Thomas are all part of the homestand.

There are plenty of other happenings going on during the third homestand of the season. Details of all the events follow:

- MONDAY, APRIL 28 at 6:35pm; Qdoba Q*Monday with 106.7 The Kruz: Purchase a lunch entrée at either Qdoba location in Appleton (3813 E. Calumet Street or 4343 W. Wisconsin Avenue) on Monday and receive a ticket to any Monday home game during the 2014 season.

- TUESDAY, APRIL 29 at 6:35pm; Merkts Tasty Tuesday; Throwback Game presented by Appvion; Brett Lawrie Bobblehead Giveaway courtesy of Ansay & Associates: A Throwback Game presented by Appvion means ticket prices will be thrown back to 1995 with $5 for a box seat, $4 for a reserved seat, and $3 for grass seats. Timber Rattlers players will wear jerseys based on those worn by the team in its inaugural season, too. The Rattlers continue to celebrate their 20th anniversary season presented by Bergstrom Automotive with the third anniversary team bobblehead in the series of nine that will be given away this season. The first 1,000 fans to attend this game will receive a bobblehead of Brett Lawrie, a Timber Rattler in 2009 and a current member of the Toronto Blue Jays, courtesy of Ansay & Associates., Show your business card when you purchase a ticket and for $13.50 you will receive a box seat ticket, a beverage and your choice of brat or hot dog. The offer is also available to senior citizens (55 & older) courtesy of Baker Tilly, WVBO, and AM1280 WNAM.

- WEDNESDAY, APRIL 30 at 6:35pm; WIXX Bang for Your Buck Night; "Spring Cleaning" Random Bobblehead Giveaway: The Timber Rattlers were doing some spring cleaning and found bobbleheads from previous seasons. The first 500 fans to enter the main gate of the ballpark will receive one of the following bobbleheads: Matt Erickson with the 2012 Midwest League Championship Trophy, Brock Calmes, Clint Coulter, Jonathan Lucroy, Bobble Boy, Fang Bobble Tail, and Whiffer. Bobbleheads will be distributed randomly. All fans may enjoy Cher-Make hotdogs, Pepsi products, and Miller beer for $1 during the game as part of WIXX Bang for Your Buck Night.

- THURSDAY, MAY 1 at 12:05pm; Arty's Old Fashioned Thirsty Thursday presented by 95.9 KISS FM; FOX 11 Weather Day; Baker Tilly Business Person & Senior Citizens Special presented by WVBO and AM1280, WNAM; FOX 11 Weather Day: It was pretty funny when the FOX 11 Weather Day that was scheduled for April 15 had to be postponed due to weather. The Rattlers and the FOX 11 meteorologists had a good laugh and have rescheduled the event for this game on May 1. There will be a special presentation from the weather team and an opportunity for fans to check out the Wisconsin Storm Chasers vehicles. Bring out a school group for a special ticket price. All fans can enjoy 16oz soda, beer, or Arty's Old Fashioned drinks for just $2 as part of Thirsty Thursday presented by Arty's Old Fashioned and 95.9 KISS FM. Since this is a day game, s how your business card when you purchase a ticket and for $13.50 you will receive a box seat ticket, a beverage and your choice of brat or hot dog for a bonus Business Person Special from Baker Tilly, WVBO, and AM1280 WNAM. The offer is also available to senior citizens (55 & older).

- FRIDAY, MAY 2 at 6:35pm; North Shore Bank Family Night w/ Y100; Dunkin Donuts Player Poster Giveaway; Postgame Kids Run the Bases presented by Molina Healthcare: The first 1,000 fans to attend this game will receive a poster of Timber Rattlers pitcher Preston Gainey courtesy of Dunkin Donuts. It's also a North Shore Bank Family night. Children 12 and under receive a free hot dog and soda. Plus, kids 14 and under may participate in Kids Run the Bases thanks to Molina Healthcare after the game.

- SATURDAY, MAY 3 at 1:05pm; North Shore Bank/Timber Rattlers Cap Giveaway; Bill Michaels Day: The first 500 fans to enter the ballpark will receive a Timber Rattlers baseball cap courtesy of North Shore Bank. State-wide sports talk show host Bill Michaels will be on hand to meet fans and throw out a first pitch. Plus, the Big Unit Cruiser will be in front of Neuroscience Group Field at Fox Cities Stadium.

- SUNDAY, MAY 4 at 1:05pm; Brewers Sunday presented by 107.5, The Fan with appearance by Gorman Thomas; Boy Scout Day: Fans can play catch on-field courtesy of Rasmussen College before the Rattlers and LumberKings play the final game of the series. Brewers legend Gorman Thomas will make an appearance at this game. Fans may purchase one of a limited number of VIP Packages (box seat ticket, a pregame meet & greet with Thomas, and one guaranteed autograph) for $35 from the Timber Rattlers for Sunday's game. Thomas will also throw out a ceremonial first pitch and sign for fans on third base concourse near the Festival Grill until the fifth inning. Area Boy Scouts are encouraged to contact the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers Group Sales Department to find out how they can come out to the game for a discounted ticket price and take part in the pre-game parade around the warning track. Also, Timber Rattlers players will be available for a postgame autograph session.

Fans are urged to purchase their tickets for these games in advance one of three ways: On-line at www.timberrattlers.com, over the phone at 800-WI-TIMBER, or in person at the Neuroscience Group Field Box Office. The box office is located at Fox Cities Stadium and is open on non-game days from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday and from 10am to 3pm on Saturdays.
