Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Signs Sestito

Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins News Release
WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins announced today that they have signed forward Tom Sestito to a professional tryout contract. Sestito comes to Wilkes-Barre/Scranton after attending Pittsburgh's training camp on a pro tryout basis.
Originally a third round pick (85th overall) of the Columbus Blue Jackets in the 2006 Draft, Sestito has played for Columbus, Philadelphia, and Vancouver over the course of his NHL career. Sestito has earned 58 goals, 73 assists for 131 points and 1319 penalty minutes in 393 professional games.
Sestito led the NHL in penalty minutes (213) in the 2013-14 season. He also captured an Ontario Hockey League Championship in 2007 with the Plymouth Whalers.
