West Virginia State Hockey Championships Start This Week

WHEELING, W.Va. - The Wheeling Nailers are pleased to announce that the West Virginia High School Hockey Championship seeds are set and begin this week.
The first game of the playoffs between John Marshall and Morgantown will be played at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 25. Linsly takes on Wheeling Park at 9 p.m. on March 1 in Game 2 of the playoffs. Central will then play the winner of Game 1 on Monday, March 2 with a trip to the championship game on the line. The championship game will be played at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, March 3.
All of the West Virginia High School Hockey Championship playoff games will be played at WesBanco Arena in Wheeling, and tickets are just $5 per person. The championship game on March 3 will be broadcasted live on 1600 AM WKKX.
