HAMILTON, Ontario (Ticker) -- Ty Conklin made 24 saves and Jarret Stoll supplied two goals and an assist as the Hamilton Bulldogs shut out the St. John's Maple Leafs, 3-0. Conklin needed to make only seven saves in each of the final two periods to post his fourth shutout of the season and improve to 18-12-1. Stoll, who set up Francois Beauchemin on the power play in the first period, tallied twice in the third to register his first multi-goal performance since November 27. Bobby Allen and Raffi Torres each produced two assists for Hamilton, which snapped its four-game losing streak. Jamie Hodson stopped 34 shots for St. John's, which has dropped back-to-back games following its season-high, five-game winning streak.

HAMILTON, Ontario (Ticker) -- Doug Doull scored a third-period goal and had an assist as the St. John's Maple Leafs and the Hamilton Bulldogs skated to a 2-2 tie. Doull assisted on a first-period goal by Craig Mills and tied the score 3:52 into the third stanza with his 14th marker of the season. Jamie Hodson turned aside 34 shots for St. John's, which is 6-2-1-0 over its last nine contests. Raffi Torres dished out a pair of assists and Francois Beauchemin and Michael Ryder scored for Hamilton, which has just one win in its last six games (1-4-1-0).
