Vincent Arseneau and Lee Moffie Named to CHL All-Rookie Team

Denver - The Denver Cutthroats and Central Hockey League announced Vincent Arseneau and Lee Moffie members of the CHL All-Rookie Team for the 2013-14 season on Monday, March 24. The Denver teammates were selected through ballots by CHL head coaches.

Forward Vincent Arseneau has played 44 games with the Cutthroats during the 2013-14 season and tallied 23 goals and 13 assists. He was called up to the American Hockey League's Lake Erie Monsters to play 13 games this season. Arseneau is also a finalist for the CHL Rookie of the Year Award.

Defenseman Lee Moffie joined the Denver Cutthroats in November. He has skated with the Cutthroats for 50 games, notching three goals, 22 assists and a plus/minus of +11. Moffie has had two call-ups to the AHL's Lake Erie Monsters and is the highest scoring rookie defenseman in the CHL during the 2013-14 season.

Arseneau and Moffie are joined on the CHL All-Rookie Team by forwards Alex Lavoie (Allen Americans), Adam Pleskach (Tulsa Oilers), defenseman Henrik Odegaard (Missouri Mavericks) and goaltender Ty Rimmer (Quad City Mallards).

The Denver Cutthroats will finish the 2013-14 regular season on the road. The Cutthroats will head to Allen, Texas to take on the Americans on Friday, March 28 and Saturday, March 29.
