Utah Grizzlies Win In Shootout

West Valley City, Utah - D.J. Jelitto scored the game-winning goal in the sudden-death shootout to propel the Utah Grizzlies to a 3-2 victory over the Las Vegas Wranglers Saturday night at the E-Center in front of 6,324 fans. The win is Utah's fourth in a row. This is their longest winning streak since their nine-gamer in October, November.

Trailing 1-0, Garett Cameron (16) tied the game for Utah with just seven seconds left to go in the first period. Ed Hill and Louis Dumont picked up assists on the power-play goal.

Hill and Dumont also setup the go-ahead goal for Utah in the second as Colt King scored his 16th goal of the season at 15:12.

The Wranglers tied the game early in the third, forcing overtime, before the Grizzlies won in round seven of the shootout.

Utah is now 4-1 on their seven-game home stand and will finish it next week with Wednesday and Friday match-ups with Stockton. Face-offs are scheduled for 7:05 p.m.
