ONTARIO, Calif. - The Ontario Reign, back-to-back Pacific Division Champions and proud affiliate of the NHL's 2012 Stanley Cup Champion Los Angeles Kings, announced that forward Mario Lamoureux and defenseman Cameron Burt were both named to the All-ECHL Rookie Team.

Lamoureux, 24, has maintained the league lead in rookie scoring with 63 points. With 25 goals, the Grand Forks, ND native ranks second among rookies and is tied for second with 38 assists. His eight game-winning goals ties the lead for all first-year players and ranks third overall. Lamoureux's plus-minus has consistently led the Reign and with a +30 he leads all rookies and is tied for first in the ECHL.

His 2012-13 season was hi-lighted by the 24-year-old's first professional hat trick on November 11 against San Francisco, a four-point, +4 performance against Colorado on January 26, and a total of 15 multi-point games throughout the season. During the 2008-09 season, Lamoureux's brother Jean-Philippe was named to the ECHL All-Rookie team while playing with the Alaska Aces.

Burt, a natural forward, made the All-ECHL Rookie Team as a defenseman, a role he took on early this season. Although he missed 11 games with the Reign, among rookie blue-liners Burt is still tied for first with 35 assists, and is second with 36 points. His point total ties him for the fifth spot in ECHL defensemen.

With a +19, the 26-year-old, Detroit, Michigan native is tied for fourth among all defensemen. Burt has been crucial for the Reign's power-play unit with 11 power-play assists
