Tonight will be 12th and final meeting of the regular season between the Kalamazoo Wings and the Evansville IceMen. On the season, the K-Wings are 7-3-1-0 versus their division rivals, which includes a record of 5-0-0-0 at Wings Stadium.

This evening is the middle game of a three-game home stand for the K-Wings. Home ice hasn't treated Kalamazoo kindly, as they are winless (0-2-0-1) in their last three games on Vanrick Drive. Kalamazoo enters the night in third place in the North Division.

Like Kalamazoo, Evansville will look to snap a streak this evening. The IceMen come into the game on a four-game losing streak. Tonight starts a three-game road swing for the Evansville, who is 8-20-2-3 in games place away from the Ford Center. The eight road victories are the fewest of any team in the ECHL.

Roster Moves

Earlier today, the K-Wings have added forward Michael Leone and defenseman Brandon Martell. Leone, who comes to Kalamazoo after playing at Western Michigan University, is the older brother of former K-Wings and current Adrian College forward Chris Leone, while Martell joins the K-Wings after playing at Ohio State University.

Two members of the K-Wings enter the week on impressive point streaks. Aaron Clarke and Nick Sirota have each earned points in three straight games.

Forward Tyler Shelast is closing in a personal milestone. The next point for Shelast will be his 100th in his career.
