
Twins Trade Rohlfing to Mets for Cash Considerations

ROCHESTER, NY - The Minnesota Twins announced Wednesday that they have traded C Dan Rohlfing to the New York Mets for cash considerations.
Rohlfing was in his third season with Rochester but had yet to appear in a game after starting the season on the disabled list with a left ankle sprain. He hit .236 in 305 at-bats with the Red Wings from 2013-14.
The St. Louis, MO native was selected in the 14th round of the 2007 draft out of Oakville (MO) High School. The 26-year-old will be assigned to Triple-A Las Vegas.
