The Tulsa Roughnecks FC are pleased to announce its second youth club partnership in two days in partnering with Metro Tulsa Soccer Clubs United for the 2019 season. Metro Tulsa Soccer Clubs (MTSC) United is Tulsa's premier recreational club and offers soccer programs for all levels of skill for youth players ages 2 - 19 years old from throughout Oklahoma.
