TAMPA, Fla. - Sacramento Republic FC midfielder Villyan Bijev has had his second yellow card which resulted in his sending off against the Portland Timbers 2 on April 13 rescinded following a review by USL's Independent Review Panel. Bijev will be available for Republic FC's next contest on April 27 against Phoenix Rising FC.
