NASHVILLE - As a part of a month-long partnership between Tennessee Soccer Club and Special Olympics of Tennessee, Nashville SC helped lead on Tuesday night at Flagpole Park in Brentwood, Tenn. "The TSC and SOTN Soccer Skills Clinic" allows Special Olympics athletes participate in a soccer program through the month of April.

Tennessee Soccer Club provided around 20 players and coaches to help coach the Special Olympics athletes, and this Tuesday, Taylor Washington and Darnell King joined the fun to bring their soccer expertise to the mix. In all, 40 Special Olympic athletes between the ages of 8-35 from Davidson, Williamson and neighboring counties got training from Washington and King.

The five-week program will culminate on April 30, and Nashville SC will participate in that clinic as well.
