COMSTOCK PARK, MI - Detroit Tigers great Alan Trammell and other sports celebrities will play in the inaugural Whitecaps Community Foundation Golf Outing presented by Custer, scheduled for Monday, August 3 at Thousand Oaks Golf Club in Grand Rapids.
The golf outing is a major fundraiser organized by the Whitecaps Community Foundation, the charitable arm of the West Michigan Whitecaps, and funds raised will benefit the YMCA Inner City Baseball and Softball Program as well as other local charities.
Trammell will be joined by Whitecaps Manager (and former Whitecaps player) Andrew Graham, Tigers Director of Player Development Dave Owen, Tigers Director of Minor League Operations Dan Lunetta, and other special guests.
Reservations are now being accepted for the outing, with a foursome priced at $800 and an individual golfer at $200.
