- Garret Sparks turned aside all 39 shots he faced to earn his third shutout of the season. His record improves to 10-3-1-0 this season.

- TJ Brennan recorded an assist on the Marlies fourth goal to maintain his place atop the AHL scoring race with 43 points through 44 games. He also extends his personal point streak to six games.

- Mark Arcobello now has multi-point efforts in five straight games. He recorded the game winning goal and an assist on the insurance marker.

- Connor Brown scored in his second straight game after returning from injury.
