- Garret Sparks was flawless in net turning aside 30 shots to earn the shutout.

- Justin Johnson collected his first point of the season, assisting on Nikita Soshnikov's third period goal.

- Richard Panik recorded his first goal in a Marlie uniform; he has seven assists this season.

- Ryan Rupert and Kasperi Kapanen picked up their third goals of the season, both scoring in the third period.

- William Nylander picked up an assist on the Panik goal to maintain his point per game pace this season.

- Josh Leivo and TJ Brennan both picked up points today; they are second and third respectively in team scoring.
