
Condors Assigned Slepyshev from Edmonton; Miller Recalled

CONDORSTOWN, Calif. - The Bakersfield Condors announced today that LW Anton Slepyshev has been assigned to Bakersfield from the Edmonton Oilers (NHL). Also, Condors RW Andrew Miller has been recalled by the Oilers.
SLEPYSHEV - "SLEP-eh-SHEV" 21 years old, 6'2", 187 lbs. Penza, Russia
Drafted in the third round (#88 overall) of the 2013 NHL Entry Draft by the Oilers
Had one assist in 10 games with Edmonton
Played parts of the previous five seasons in Russia's Kontinental Hockey League (KHL)
Won two Bronze medals with Russia at the World Junior Championships in 2013 and 2014
Miller earns his second recall to the Oilers this season having played one game with Edmonton earlier this year. He is tied for second on the Condors in scoring with six points (2g-4a) in eight games.
CONDORS RETURN HOME; WEAR MARINES JERSEYS ON SATURDAY, NOV. 14
The Condors return home on Saturday, Nov. 14 and will wear specialty jerseys commemorating the 240th Anniversary of the United States Marine Corps. Game-issued jerseys will be auctioned off for charity PLUS, everyone in attendance will have the chance to win one of five that will be given away. All military personnel, active or veteran, can receive up to four complimentary tickets to the game by presenting their military ID at the box office.
