The Chicago Wolves announced Wednesday that left wing Magnus Paajarvi has been recalled to the National Hockey League.
The 24-year-old Paajarvi posted 4 goals and 3 assists in the Wolves' first seven games of the 2015-16 season to help Chicago seize first place in the American Hockey League's Central Division. He has delivered 15 goals and 21 assists in 43 regular-season appearances for the Wolves along with 3 goals and 1 assist in 5 Calder Cup Playoff games.
Paajarvi, who made his National Hockey League debut at the age of 18, owns 32 goals and 39 assists in 228 NHL games. He owns 6 goals and 7 assists in 65 games for the St. Louis Blues (NHL).
The Wolves start a five-game road trip at 7:30 p.m. Friday versus the San Antonio Rampage. They return home on Saturday, Nov. 21, for Salute to Military Families Night, presented by Kia and Magellan, at Allstate Arena.
