IceCaps Radio Broadcaster Switches to Country Format

St. John's, NL (November 4, 2015) - St. John's IceCaps fans will now hear country music prior to and after hockey broadcasts at 930 AM on their radio dial.
Steele Communications has announced that CJYQ has been relaunched under the 930 KIXX Country brand with a new format. The New 930 KIXX Country will play a country format, but still focus on artists from Newfoundland and Labrador. 930 KIXX Country will also remain as host broadcaster for all IceCaps games.
IceCaps single-game tickets can be purchased in person at the Mile One Centre box office (noon- 5 p.m.), by phone at 709-576-7657 (noon-5:30 p.m.) or online at www.mileonecentre.com.
