Walleye Notes

- Past Week Performance! Toledo finished this past week with a 0-3-0-0 record. The week started with a 5-2 loss to the Trenton Titans. Toledo closed to within one early in the third but could not tie the game. Saturday night, Toledo fell behind Greenville 3-0 and eventually lost to the Road Warriors 4-1. The week finished with a 3-2 loss to South Carolina in a game that saw Toledo take the lead 1-0 and 2-1 in the first period.

- Getting to the Front! Toledo's best period of hockey this year has been the first period as the Walleye have outscored opponents 28-26 on the season. The Walleye are also 9-8-1 in games when they have collected the first goal.

- Finding the Scoring! Toledo has scored just 10 goals in the past 7 games for an average of 1.42. Toledo is 2-5-0 in those games. The prior four games, the Walleye had scored 16 goals with a record of 2-1-1.

- Gametime! The Walleye embark on a busy week with four games ahead of them. The week starts with a Wednesday night game in Wheeling against the Nailers. This will be the first meeting of the season between the former division rivals. Toledo is 78-55-14 all-time against the Nailers. The same two teams will meet in Toledo on Friday night. The week will come to a close with a home at home between Toledo and Kalamazoo starting Saturday night in the zoo. Toledo is 1-2-1 against the Wings so far this season.

- Promotions! Friday night is another "Postgame Party with the Players" in the Club Level Lounge. Sunday afternoon is "Kids Day" with the Walleye featuring Design a Sign and a Post Game Skate! Fans can meet Spiderman, presented by Marvel Comics!
