Geneva, IL - The Fort Wayne TinCaps had just two hits on Friday night against the Kane County Cougars.

They still won.

The TinCaps again received terrific pitching from RHP Stiven Osuna on their way to a 4-2 victory over Kane County. Jaff Decker drilled his 12th home run.

Osuna allowed an unearned run on three hits and three walks while striking out six in 5.2 innings. It was his sixth win in as many starts since a stint in the bullpen.

Meanwhile, the TinCaps plated a run in the top of the 1st . Blake Tekotte led off the game with a single and later scored on a wild pitch by Cougars RHP Mathieu Leblanc-Poirier.

In the 3rd , Decker drilled a 2-0 pitch into the picnic area in right-center to make it 2-0. Fort Wayne stole a run in the 5th . Daniel Robertson drew a two-out walk, went to third on an errant pickoff throw and scored on a wild pitch to extend the lead to 3-0.

Kane County scored their first run of the series in the bottom of the 5th . Franklin Hernandez was hit by a pitch. On a single to right by Dusty Napoleon, he went to third. The throw to third base hit Hernandez and caromed into the dugout, allowing a run to score.

In the top of the 8th , Decker reached on a two-base throwing error by the second baseman. He was balked to third and scored on Allan Dykstra's sacrifice fly making it 4- 1.

Steve Parker doubled home a run in the bottom of the 8th to score the game's final run.

Osuna (8-6) snagged the win as Leblanc-Poirier (2-4) took the loss. RHP Brad Brach worked a perfect 9th inning to pick up his 26th save.

The TinCaps stay on the road to face the Burlington Bees (Class-A Kansas City Royals) in a three-game series Saturday in a 7:30pm first pitch. RHP Chris Fetter (0-0) makes the start against Cougars RHP Manauris Baez (4-4).
