Great Lakes Loons News Release
BURLINGTON, IA -- In an effort to avoid looming storms Saturday night, the Burlington Bees have announced that Saturday's game against the Great Lakes Loons has been changed from 7:30pm ET to 3pm ET.
Steven Johnson (0-0) is still scheduled to pitch the game for the Loons. The game will be carried on ESPN 100.9-FM (WLUN) beginning with the Loons' On Deck Circle, powered by Dow Corning at 2:30pm ET.
The Loons have announced that the team's rained out contest against West Michigan from Thursday will be made up as a part of a doubleheader June 6. The first game will start at 6:05pm at Dow Diamond. Gates will open at 5:30pm and fans with tickets for the June 6 game will receive admission for both games of the twinbill. Both games will last seven innings in regulation.
