
Tigers team up with Red Cross for hurricane relief

Medicine Hat, AB - The Medicine Hat Tigers, along with New Country 1270 CHAT, have teamed up with the Canadian Red Cross to help raise funds for hurricane victim relief in the southern United States.
The Tigers home opener vs Lethbridge Hurricanes this Saturday will feature a bar-b-que tailgate party with all proceeds going to the Canadian Red Cross. Fans are encouraged to stop by and purchase a hamburger and pop for $4.00 or a hotdog and pop for $3.00 prior to the game.
The Tigers and the Canadian Red Cross would like to thank New Country 1270 CHAT for providing promotional support for this very worthy cause.
Sponsors of the event also include Cypress Packers, Medicine Hat Co-op and Pepsi, who have provided product for the bar-b-que.
