WILKES-BARRE, Pa. - The Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins today announced Eyewitness News Fan Fridays coming to the team's schedule in the new year. Beginning on Jan. 2 and continuing for the remainder of the 2014-15 regular season, all Penguins Friday home games will feature $14 tickets and numerous giveaways for fans.
Teaming up with WBRE-TV and WYOU-TV for this offer, the Penguins are providing fans with the chance to purchase lower-bowl end zone seats for just $14. The first Eyewitness News Fan Friday will take place on Friday, Jan. 2 when Wilkes-Barre/Scranton faces the Binghamton Senators and the first 2,500 fans in attendance will receive a 2014-15 Pittsburgh Penguins Yearbook.
On Jan. 9, during the Penguins' match-up versus the Norfolk Admirals, select draft beers at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza will be just $2 from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Details for giveaways and deals at the remaining Eyewitness News Fan Fridays will be announced at a later date.
