The King Plays Save Mart Center as Falcons Host Salmon Kings

Fresno Falcons News Release

Fresno, Calif. - The Fresno Falcons have revenge on their minds this Saturday when they host the Victoria Salmon Kings to close out an eight-game homestand at Save Mart Center at 7 p.m.

Saturday's meeting is the team's second of the season with the Salmon Kings, who made quite an impression during their first visit to begin the current homestand on Oct. 24 by shutting out Fresno, 5-0. The Falcons are coming off their second victory of the season on Tuesday, when they defeated the Toledo Storm, 4-1, behind two goals from Jim Lorentz and 33 saves from goaltender Simon Lajeunesse.

While Fresno and Victoria battle for supremacy on the ice, the King will take center stage during both period intermissions. Little E, the world's smallest Elvis tribute, is the undisputed lip-synchin', hip shakin', drivin' the girls crazy, hunka hunka compact King of Rock 'n' Roll.

Tickets to see the Falcons-Salmon Kings and Little E are now on sale for as low as $8 per seat and may be purchased directly at Save Mart Center's box office and all Ticketmaster outlets, by phone at 485-TIXS (8497) or online at www.ticketmaster.com.
