
''The Sound Tigers Report'' Debuts Tomorrow

BRIDGEPORT, CT â "The Sound Tigers Report", the weekly radio program of the American Hockey League's 2001-02 Regular Season Champion and Eastern Conference Playoff Champion Bridgeport Sound Tigers, will debut this Tuesday, October 8th. The show, featuring coaches and players, will be broadcast Tuesdays from 7 p.m. until 8 p.m. during the regular season on WAVZ "The ZONE" FOX Sports Radio 1300. Fans are invited to call the show and offer their questions and comments about the team live on the air.
Head Coach Steve Stirling and Assistant Coach Dave Baseggio will join Voice of the Sound Tigers Bill McLaughlin for this week's inaugural broadcast of the show.
In addition to "The Sound Tigers Report", "The ZONE" will broadcast all 80 Sound Tigers' regular-season games this year. WSTC/WNLK 1400/1350 AM will also broadcast Sound Tigers' road games this season, and all games will be broadcast live on the Internet at www.soundtigers.com.
The Sound Tigers will open the 2002-03 regular season when they visit the first-year Binghamton Senators this Friday, October 11th and host the Norfolk Admirals this Saturday, October 12th at 7:05 p.m.
Sound Tigers 2002-03 tickets are on sale at the Arena at Harbor Yard box office, on-line at www.ticketmaster.com or by calling 203-368-1000. Information regarding Sound Tigers full and partial season ticket packages, flex packs, group discounts and birthday packages is also available by calling 203-334-GOAL or logging on to www.soundtigers.com.
