The Edmonton Roadrunners are currently 4th in the West Division with 66 points and have a 27-21-4-8 record... The Roadrunners are 1-6-1-2 in their last 10 games and are 10-11-4-3 on the road this season... Edmonton is ranked 22nd while on the powerplay at 14.2% and are 5th while killing penalties at 87.6%... RW Tony Salmelainen leads the team with 35 points (16G,19A) in 56 games this season... Goaltender Tyler Moss has an 21-12-4 record, four shutouts, a 2.33 GAA and a .915 save percentage... MANCHESTER CENTER MIKE CAMMALLERI NAMED CCM VECTOR/AHL PLAYER OF THE WEEK

The American Hockey League announced that Manchester Monarchs center Mike Cammalleri has been named the CCM Vector/AHL Player of the Week for the period ending March 6, 2005. Cammalleri notched four goals and two assists for six points in three games as the Monarchs maintained the top spot in the Atlantic Division.

AHL WEEKLY RELEASE...

ETC. ... Philadelphia's Neil Little made 33 saves in Friday's 4-0 win at Bridgeport, becoming the 10th goaltender in AHL history with 200 career regular-season victories... Jason LaBarbera stopped 29 shots in Hartford's 2-0 win at San Antonio on Saturday, becoming the 16th goaltender in AHL history with 20 career shutouts... Chicago's Tommi Santala has recorded an assist in 11 straight games, the longest such streak since Christian Dube had a helper in 12 straight contests for Hartford during the 1997-98 season... Binghamton's Jason Spezza opened up an 85-80 lead over Manchester's Mike Cammalleri atop the AHL scoring race with four points on Saturday night; Cammalleri responded with four points of his own on Sunday, making it 85-84... Hamilton was 3-for-3 on the power play and scored two shorthanded goals in a 5-4 win over Cleveland on Saturday... Edmonton ended a nine-game winless skid on Mike Bishai's overtime goal at Syracuse on Saturday... Utah's Peter White has tied Bruce Cline for 14th place on the AHL's all-time scoring list with 773 career points...

LEAFLETS...

- St. John's surpassed their win total (32) from the last two seasons with a 3-2 OT win last Wednesday against Grand Rapids. The Leafs are 35-23-1-4

- St. John's will play host the Cleveland and Hamilton next week before taking to the road once again for an eight game - 19 day road trip.

- After losing five straight on the road the Baby Leafs are currently riding a three game winning streak entering this weekend's matchup against the Roadrunners.

- Maple Leafs goaltender Mikael Tellqvist won three games last week to improve his record to 17-12-2.

- Maple Leafs LW Clarke Wilm was selected as the Maple Leafs Player fo the Week. Wilm talled two goals and had two assists in three wins last week.

NEXT WEEK'S OPPONENT...

The Cleveland Barons visit St. John's next Tuesday and Wednesday, March 15th & 16th. Game times are 7:35pm.

The Hamilton Bulldogs visit St. John's for the final two regular season matchups in both franchise history next Friday and Saturday, March 18th & 19th.

THIS WEEK IN LEAFS HISTORY...

March 11,1995 - 30 saves from Bruce Racine enables the Leafs to nudge the P.E.I. Senators 2-1 in Charlottetown.

March 12,1997 - In just his second game with the Leafs, Scott Pearson scores twice to lead St. John's to a 4-2 win over the Baltimore Bandits at Memorial Stadium.

March 12,1992- Two goals from Yanic Perreault and Andrew McKim pave the way as St. John's double the Binghamton Rangers 6-3 at the Stadium.
