
Team Fastrax Parachute Demonstration to Perform Pregame on July 3rd

EL PASO - July 2, 2015 - The parachute demonstration Team Fastrax will jump from the El Paso skies and land at Southwest University Park during the Chihuahuas Independence Day pregame celebration tomorrow, July 3rd. Gates open at 6 p.m. with first pitch versus the Fresno Grizzlies slated for 7:05 p.m.
Team Fastrax is the largest professional skydiving team in the world with more than 20 active members that have served in the Armed Forces and have accumulated more than 100,000 skydives. The jump team will carry a Chihuahuas flag, the Armed Forces flag and the largest American flag flown by a skydiver at 7800 square feet.
Fans are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy the pregame festivities that also include a color guard presented by the Combat Aviation Brigade 1st Armored Division, the National Anthem sung by Army Specialist Patrick Smith, a Troop Salute presented by L&F Distributors, the GECU American Hero and a Lone Seat recognition presented by Universal Vascular Center.
The celebration will be capped off by a choreographed Fireworks Spectacular postgame in honor of Independence Day.
