
T-Birds Announce 2018-19 Schedule

Kent - The Seattle Thunderbirds are pleased to announce the release of their 2018-19 regular season schedule.
The T-Birds start the 2018-19 Western Hockey League regular season against the Portland Winterhawks on Saturday, September 22, at 6:05pm at accesso ShoWare Center.
The T-Birds first road game is Friday, September 28, at the Vancouver Giants at 7:30pm.
Friday, June 29 is the deadline to receive two FREE tickets to the T-Birds Home Opener. T-Birds fans who purchase a 24-Flex Ticket Package before the June 29 deadline will receive two FREE tickets to the Home Opener against Portland. The 2018-19 season has 14 home games on a Saturday, 11 home games on a Friday, six Tuesday home games, two home games on a Sunday and one home game on a Wednesday. All Saturday home games this season will start at 6:05pm. All Friday home games will start at 7:35pm this season.
All six Tuesday games will feature 2-for-1 tickets, $2 concession specials on hot dogs, popcorn, and soda and 2-for-1 beer purchases.
The T-Birds will take on the their I-5 rival to the north, the Everett Silvertips, 10 times this season. Four of the home games are on a Saturday and one of the games is on a Friday.
The Portland Winterhawks will be at accesso ShoWare Center five times on a Saturday and one time on a Friday.
The T-Birds will go on a six-game road trip to the East Division of the Eastern Conference from January 4 to January 12. They will face the Brandon Wheat Kings, Regina Pats, Saskatoon Blades, Prince Albert Raiders, Moose Jaw Warriors and Swift Current Broncos.
The T-Birds travel to Prince George to take on the Cougars in back-to-back games on Friday, November 2 and Saturday, November 3.
The T-Birds end the year with a home-and-home series against the Portland Winterhawks. The Winterhawks are at accesso ShoWare Center on Saturday, December 29, at 6:05pm. They then head to Portland for the annual New Year's Eve game on Monday, December 31 at 7pm.
The T-Birds travel to Victoria for games against the Royals on Tuesday, February 5 and Wednesday, February 6.
The T-Birds final game of the season will be at Portland on March 17. The WHL playoffs will begin on Friday, March 22.
T-Birds single game tickets for the 2018-19 regular season will go on sale August 22 at 10am online on the T-Birds website and at the ShoWare Center box office.
