Status Update on Injured Players

Lethbridge Hurricanes News Release
LETHBRIDGE, AB - The Lethbridge Hurricanes Hockey Club have been notified that the three players - Jordy Bellerive, Ryan Vandervlis and alumnus Matt Alfaro - injured in a campfire incident on June 15th are progressing in their recovery.
Alfaro, 21, was released from hospital on Thursday, June 21st .
Bellerive, 19, was released from hospital on Tuesday, June 26th .
Vandervlis, 20, has emerged from his medically-induced coma but remains in the Intensive-Care Unit in hospital in Calgary.
Any further updates on the recovery of all three players will be provided as they become available.
Any fans who would like to sign or drop off get-well soon cards for all three players can do so by visiting the Hurricanes Office located at the ENMAX Centre.
