(GREENSBORO, N.C.) - The Greensboro Swarm, the NBA G League affiliate of the Charlotte Hornets, went under to the Westchester Knicks, 123-116, on Saturday at the Fieldhouse at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex. Caleb Martin led the Swarm (4-10) with 27 points but it was not enough as Westchester (5-8) shot 50 percent en route to the victory.

The game turned late in the third quarter. Greensboro held a seven-point lead, 86-79, with just under four minutes left in the quarter. The Swarm was held without a basket during that time, allowing the Knicks to go on a 10-0 run. With an, 89-88, lead entering the fourth, the Knicks would hold the lead for the remainder of the game.

The Knicks' starters all scored in double figures, led by Lamar Peters' 23 points, 14 assists and eight rebounds. Ivan Rabb shot 9-for-11 from the field to end the game with 19 points and seven rebounds. Combined, the Westchester starting five scored 87 points on 55 percent (34-62 FGM) shooting.

Martin finished the game with his game-high 27 points to go with six rebounds and five assists in 36 minutes. Robert Franks scored 23 points off the bench in a career-high 41 minutes of action. Kobi Simmons (15 points, 10 assists) secured his fifth double-double of the season while Jalen McDaniels (12 points, six rebounds, three assists) had a well-rounded effort.

Both teams have one more game before meeting again. The Swarm host the Delaware Blue Coats (Philadelphia 76ers affiliate) on Tuesday (7 p.m. tip) while the Knicks continue its road trip with the Canton Charge (Cleveland Cavaliers) on Tuesday (7 p.m. tip). On Friday, Greensboro and Westchester tip at 5:30 p.m. at the MGM Resorts Winter Showcase at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.
