Hagerstown, Md. - Randolph Oduber hit a bottom of the tenth inning single into left field to lift the Hagerstown Suns to a walk off 2-1 win over the Shorebirds on Friday night at Municipal Stadium.

The Shorebirds struck first in the top of the third. Michael Mooney was hit by a pitch to set the table. He then moved to second on a wild pitch by starter Robbie Ray. Ty Kelly followed with a single into left-center field to give the Shorebirds a 1-0 lead.

The Suns went scoreless against Tim Berry over the first five innings. Tim Adleman took over in the sixth inning and the Suns plated the tying run. Adrian Sanchez singled to open the inning. Then, Bryce Harper walked to put runners at first and second. David Freitas followed with an infield single to load the bases. Randolph Oduber then grounded into a double play to tie the game at 1-1.

The Suns had a golden opportunity to win the game in the bottom of the ninth only to be denied by Ryan Palsha. With the bases loaded and nobody out, Palsha struck out Kevin Keys. Then, Cole Leonida popped out in foul ground to Mike Flacco. Michael Taylor then flied out to catcher Michael Ohlman to end the threat. Palsha allowed just one hit over three innings to extend his scoreless innings streak to 10.1.

In the tenth inning, Ashur Tolliver replaced Palsha. Blake Kelso hit a leadoff single. After a wild pitch moved him to third, Adrian Sanchez placed a sacrifice bunt to advance Kelso to third. After an intentional walk of Bryce Harper, Mills Rogers walked to load the bases. Then, Randolph Oduber hit a grounder into left field to score the winning run.

Shorebirds starter Tim Berry allowed just two hits over five scoreless innings. He also tied his season high with six strikeouts.
