Morning skate will be held at approximately 10:15am on game days. Media availability will be held immediately following all practices and morning skates.
Boise, ID- The Steelheads return from Colorado looking to snap their longest winless stretch of the season, earning one of six points against the Eagles last week. The Steelheads will look to get back into the win column as they return home to Boise for a three-game set against the Rapid City Rush. The Steelheads dropped their only meeting of the season with the Rush in early November at Rushmore Plaza Civic Center.
Player Notes:
- F Jefferson Dahl has two goals and two assists in two games after returning to the lineup from a two-game absence.
- F Anthony Luciani registered his first two-goal game as a Steelhead on Saturday night.
- F Kellan Lain has points in three of last four games (2-1-3)
- D Travis Walsh recorded first career two-point game on 12/7
- G Branden Komm has surrendered two goals or less in four straight appearances.
- Komm earned his first career fighting major on 12/7
Team Notes:
- The Steelheads are 7-1-0 when leading after two periods.
- Idaho lost its first shootout of the season to drop to 4-1
- Idaho is 9-3-1 on home ice
- Steelheads are 7-6-2 against the Mountain Division
- The Steelheads were swept in a three-game series for the first time since November 5, 2015, when they went 0-2-1 against Atlanta.
