Steelheads to be auctioned off for Make A Wish

BOISE, Idaho - The Idaho Steelheads will be auctioned off at the 7th Annual Catch A Steelhead Live and Silent Auction to benefit the Make A Wish Foundation of Idaho. The event takes place on Tuesday, February 10th , 6:30 p.m. at Hannah's, 621 Main Street, Boise. The team will arrive at Hannah's by limousine and make a Red Carpet Entrance at 6:30 p.m.

There is no cover charge to get in to Hannah's, however, a $5.00 donation at the door is appreciated. All proceeds go directly to the Make A Wish Foundation of Idaho. To date, this event has raised over $120,000 to grant children's wishes.

Items up for auction include:

-Make A Sweetheart Happy: All Steelheads will be up for auction for a night on the town! Bachelors will be decked out in tuxedos ready to present a rose to the highest bidder. Married or paired Steelheads will also be dolled up with their mates and will be auctioned for an evening out with another couple (dinner at a local restaurant and comedy club).

-Puerta Vallarta Dream Vacation for Two, including air fare and private, deluxe accommodations for a 7 day stay.

-Las Vegas Trip for Two, with accommodations at the Tropicana and tickets to Folies Bergere.

-Catered dinner at Grove Hotel Penthouse Suite with Governor and First Lady Dirk and Patricia Kempthorne, Micron CEO Steve Appleton, Steelheads Heach Coach John Olver and his wife Diana, and other special guests to be announced.

-Sweetheart packages, complete with overnight stays with his and hers in-room massages, dinners, movie tickets, comedy club tickets and flowers to be delivered.

-One Year Family Season Pass to Brundage Mountain in McCall.

-Catch A Real Steelhead! A Steelheads Fishing Expedition will include a guided tour on the Salmon River with lunch for two and a tour of spawning rounds with a night's lodging City Lights Helicopter Ride for 4 from Access Air.

-Golf packages including a golf bag, rounds of golf for four with cart and brunches with Steelheads Alumni Cal Ingraham and others.

-Spa, health and beauty packages for your sweetheart.

-Entertainment items, dinners, movies, concert tickets, CD's, fine wines and collectibles.

-Private flight from the Boise Airport to the Sawtooth National Recreational Area for a one night stay at an elegant cabin in the Sulfur Creek area. Package includes 3 meals for 2-3 people.
