Dubuque, Iowa - The Stars completed the weekend sweep on Saturday night, beating the Fighting Saints 4-1 in Dubuque.
Dubuque opened the scoring late in the first period when Nathan Sucese batted the puck past Stars goalie Patrick Virtanen to make it 1-0 at the first intermission.
The Stars responded early the second when forward Ludvig Hoff tipped a shot from defenseman Ryan Jones at 1:01 of the period.
Lincoln made it 2-1 on the power play at 11:25 of the second when forward Ethen Frank deflected a shot past Fighting Saints goalie Hunter Miska for his third goal of the season.
Forwards Patrick Polino and Biagio Lerario added empty net goals with nearly two minutes remaining in regulation to make it a 4-1 final.
Stars goalie Patrik Virtanen finished with 29 saves.
The Stars return to action on Friday, October 6 vs. the Tri-City Storm. Puck drop is set for 7:30 p.m.
