The St. John's Maple Leafs and The Telegram are pleased to present "Hockey Check$". Each week in The Telegram participants will have the opportunity to predict the St. John's Maple Leafs outcome for the week and win instant prizes. The weekly contest will run from November 1, 2003 to February 18, 2004. Here's how to play:
1) Read The Telegram from front to back daily, from November 1 to February 18,
2) Find and collect $10,000 in Hockey Checks coupons in various sections of the newspaper,
3) Complete the official entry form (Located in The Telegram), including your predictions of the St. John's Maple Leafs games listed,
4) Put your completed entry form along with $10,000 in Hockey Checks coupons in an envelope and mail it to: Hockey Checks, The Telegram, P.O. Box 5970, One Columbus Drive, St. John's, NL, A1C 5X7, or drop it off at the newspaper.
5) Every Thursday, depending on the St. John's Maple Leafs schedule (with the exception of Christmas and New Years which will be Friday) from November 13 to February 19, three lucky contestants will be drawn at random. Each of them will win two tickets to a St. John's Maple Leafs home game. All entries received by noon on the day of the draw are eligible.
6) Plus, the first contestant drawn each week will also have the chance to win bonus cash prizes of up to $10,000 cash by correctly predicting exact game scores and game outcomes,
7) Enter as often as you wish but remember that each completed entry must include $10,000 in Hockey Checks coupons and your Game Score Predictions,
8) Contestants must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Complete contest rules are available at The Telegram. Contest winners will be contacted by phone.

Box office hours are Monday thru Saturday, 9am â 5pm and Sunday 12noon - 5pm.
