St. Jacques Heads to Toronto

COLUMBIA, SC (March 21, 2007) - The Columbia Inferno and head coach Troy Mann announces that forward Chris St. Jacques has been recalled to the Toronto Marlies of the American Hockey League.

St. Jacques, 24, is headed to Toronto for the third time this season. The Edmonton, Alberta native has appeared in 11 games with Toronto contributing one assist and 10 penalty minutes. While playing for Columbia , he has played in 49 games, scoring six goals and 13 assists for 19 points, including 70 penalty minutes.

The Inferno hit the road for a three game road trip to Florida this weekend. They will be taking on the Florida Everblades on Friday, March 23 and Saturday, March 24 then heading north to face the Pensacola Ice Pilots on Sunday, March 25.
