
Bombers Wake Up and Blast Toledo

(Toledo, OH) The Toledo Storm (33-28-2) were beaten 5-1 today by the Dayton
Bombers (33-22 -6) inside the Toledo Sports Arena. You can view a complete

Brent Walton collected a pair of goals and goaltender Terry Denike stopped
31 to pace the Bombers. Chris Blight collected his team-leading 22nd goal of
the season for Toledo at 18:11 of the first period. That goal tied the game
at 1. Following that Dayton would score four unanswered goals including
three in a row during the second period. Andrew Martin and Matt Zultek
collected the assists. Logan Koopmans made 29 saves for the Storm. The Storm
finished 0-7 on the power play, while Dayton was 1-2. Toledo will be back home Friday and Saturday night hosting the Reading
