
Phoenix's Hornby Suspended Two Games, Fined

PRINCETON, N.J. - The ECHL announced on Wednesday that it has suspended
Phoenix left wing Greg Hornby for two games and fined him an undisclosed
amount as a result of his actions in ECHL Game #753 against Bakersfield on
Mar. 15.
Hornby is suspended and fined under Rule 29 Supplemental Discipline.
Under the terms of the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the ECHL and
the Professional Hockey Players' Association, player fines collected by the
ECHL are given to the PHPA for its ECHL Player's Hardship Fund.
He will miss Phoenix's games against Fresno (Mar. 24) and at Bakersfield
(Mar. 28).
