NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Nashville Sounds return to Greer Stadium on Monday, June 10, for their fifth homestand of the season: an eight-game stretch in which the team welcomes the division-rival Omaha Storm Chasers (Kansas City Royals affiliate) for four games spanning June 10-13 and the New Orleans Zephyrs (Miami Marlins affiliate) from June 14-17.
Highlighting the homestand's worth of promotions will be two fireworks extravaganzas, two giveaway nights, BURGER KING Throwback Thursday and Trevecca Nazarene University FAITH NIGHT.
Monday, June 10 vs. Omaha @ 7:05 p.m. (Gates Open at 6:05 p.m.)
The Sounds take on the division-rival Omaha Strom Chasers in game one of four on Mondays for Dollar Dog Nights at Greer Stadium, which allows fans to score hot dogs for just $1 apiece.
Tuesday, June 11 vs. Omaha @ 7:05 p.m. (Gates Open at 6:05 p.m.)
Its Coke Zero Two-For-One Tuesday, where fans attending are encouraged to help Coca-Cola and the Nashville Sounds keep Tennessee beautiful through recycling. Fans can bring an empty Coke Zero bottle or can to the gates to receive special two-for-one ticket pricing.
Wednesday, June 12 vs. Omaha @ 7:05 p.m. (Gates Open at 6:05 p.m.)
The Sounds gear up for game three of the homestand with Great Clips #WebWednesday offers all day. Fans can enjoy special discounts and ticket offers via the Sounds social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Also, âMusic City' celebrates its music scene with Sounds Music Industry Night. The fourth of nine dates this season is presented by Ashlevans Entertainment and offers Sounds fans in the music industry special game tickets and pregame drink deals. Thursday, June 13 vs. Omaha @ 7:05 p.m. (Gates Open at 6:05 p.m.)
The Sounds will wear retro blue jerseys for BURGER KING Throwback Thursday, when fans can purchase hot dogs, fountain drinks, beer, popcorn and nachos for just $2 apiece. In addition, fans can receive a $5 general admission ticket by presenting a BK receipt at the Advance Financial Box Office. College students may also receive the Throwback Thursday discounted ticket with a valid student ID.
Thursday also marks the first of two giveaway nights this homestand. The first 1,000 fans through the gates will receive a special Sounds Rally Towel courtesy of Principal Financial Group.
Friday, June 14 vs. New Orleans @ 7:05 p.m. (Gates Open at 6:05 p.m.)
The Sounds will be handing out baseball hats to the first 2,000 fans to Friday's series opener against the New Orleans Zephyrs. The red and black hats, featuring the Sounds red note logo, are presented by Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. The game will be followed by a Friday Fireworks Extravaganza.
In addition, Great Clips will be at the ballpark to give haircuts to fans as a part of their Charity Cuts promotion.
Saturday, June 15 vs. New Orleans @ 6:35 p.m. (Gates Open at 5:05 p.m.)
Saturday night marks the third Trevecca Nazarene University FAITH NIGHT at Greer Stadium and will feature a pregame concert from Christian artist Chris August. The concert will take place on the plaza stage near the first-base entrance approximately one hour before the first pitch.
The night will conclude with a postgame fireworks show, courtesy of Nashville's NEWS 2, making Saturday evening another can't miss night at the ballpark with the Nashville Sounds!
Sunday, June 16 vs. New Orleans @ 2:05 p.m. (Gates Open at 1:05 p.m.)
The Sounds and Sport Clips honor fathers everywhere with a special afternoon showing of America's pastime as the Sounds take on the Zephyrs in game three of the series. Following the game, fathers are invited to the field for a special Father's Day Catch with family.
In addition, the game will be a Piedmont Natural Gas Military Sunday presented by Tennessee 811. The Sounds will wear camouflage jerseys, while servicemen/women, veterans, and their families receive $5 off reserved or general admission tickets with a valid Military ID; limit 5 discounted tickets per ID.
Also taking place on Sunday will be the Sounds Faith and Family Sundays, where fans can receive $5 off tickets by presenting a church or community bulletin at the Sounds Advance Financial Box Office; limit eight discounted tickets per bulletin.
Monday, June 17 vs. New Orleans @ 7:05 p.m. (Gates Open at 6:05 p.m.)
The homestand will wrap, as it began, on Dollar Dog Night at Greer Stadium, where fans can enjoy hot dogs for just $1 apiece.
Following the homestand, Nashville will embark upon a eight-game road trip to square off against the Iowa Cubs (Cubs affiliate) for a four-game series before traveling to New Orleans to take on the Zephyrs (Marlins affiliate). The Sounds return to Nashville on Thursday, June 27, to open an seven-game homestand against the Oklahoma City RedHawks (Astros affiliate) and the Round Rock Express (Rangers affiliate).
