NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Nashville Sounds return to Greer Stadium on Thursday, June 27, for their sixth homestand of the season: a seven-day, eight-game stretch in which the team welcomes the Oklahoma City RedHawks (Houston Astros affiliate) for five games spanning June 27-30 and the Round Rock Express for a three-gamer (Texas Rangers affiliate) from July 1-3.
Highlighting the homestand's worth of promotions will be three fireworks extravaganzas, four giveaway nights, BURGER KING Throwback Thursday and a Sounds CARE Jersey Auction Night.

To open the homestand in game one with the Oklahoma City RedHawks, the Sounds will wear retro blue jerseys for BURGER KING Throwback Thursday, when fans can purchase hot dogs, fountain drinks, beer, popcorn and nachos for just $2 apiece. College students may also receive the Throwback Thursday discounted ticket with a valid student ID.
Friday, June 28 vs. Oklahoma City @ 6:05 p.m. (Gates Open at 5:05 p.m.)
Greer Stadium presents its second doubleheader of the season on Friday, starting at 6:05. The twin billing is to make up for the teams' rainout from April 11. The nightcap, starting 30 minutes after the conclusion of game one, will feature a postgame Friday Fireworks Extravaganza.
Friday also marks the first of four giveaway nights this homestand. The first 2,000 fans through the gates will receive the 2013 Sounds Baseball Card Set courtesy of Safe Kids Cumberland Valley led by The Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt.
Saturday, June 29 vs. Oklahoma City @ 6:35 p.m. (Gates Open at 5:35 p.m.)
The Nashville Sounds team up with the United Way of Metropolitan Nashville on Saturday to provide much-needed funds and the opportunity to raise awareness for their specific cause. The Nashville Sounds will wear a special yellow and black âStuff the Bus' charity jersey, which can then be purchased during an in-game silent auction at Greer Stadium.
The Sounds jersey auction nights are a part of the Sounds CARE (Community Awareness Responsibility Effort) Program, which was created by the Nashville Sounds Foundation and the Nashville Sounds Community Relations department in 2011 to highlight non-profit organizations during the season.
In addition, the first 1,000 kids to the game will receive a special Sounds Kids Jersey. The retro-style jersey is presented by McDonald's. The night will conclude with a postgame fireworks show, courtesy of Nashville's NEWS 2.
Sunday, June 30 vs. Oklahoma City @ 6:35 p.m. (Gates Open at 5:05 p.m.)
Sunday night marks the fourth Trevecca Nazarene University FAITH NIGHT at Greer Stadium and will feature a pregame concert from World Outreach Church Worship Ministry. The concert will take place on the plaza stage near the first-base entrance approximately one hour before the first pitch.

In addition, the game will be a Piedmont Natural Gas Military Sunday presented by Tennessee 811.
