BRIDGEPORT, Conn. - The Sound Tigers five-game winning streak came to a halt as they fell to the Springfield Falcons 5-3 on Sunday afternoon at Webster Bank Arena.

Chis Langkow tallied the first goal of the game as he buried the puck off the rebound from Scooter Vaughan's shot - Vaughan and Brett Gallant picked up helpers on the play. Springfield defenseman Thomas Larkin tied the game 1-1 with a power play wrist shot that found the back of the Sound Tigers net at 10:03 of the opening period.
The Falcons took a 2-1 lead at 11:53 of the second frame with another power play goal from Lukas Sedlak. They extended their lead to 3-1 with a goal from left-winger Dana Tyrell.
