Soudek Sent to Rapid City

Stockton, Calif. - The Stockton Thunder, proud ECHL affiliate of the NHL's New York Islanders and AHL's Bridgeport Sound Tigers, have traded forward Robin Soudek to the Rapid City Rush for terms that were not disclosed.

Soudek, 23, registered 4 goals and 2 assists with the Thunder in 9 games with the team. The Ceske Budejovice, Czech Republic native began his ECHL career with the Thunder this season after a season in the Central Hockey League with the Denver Cutthroats. Soudek scored 14 goals and added 6 assists in 41 games with the Cutthroats and earned his first AHL call-up with the Lake Erie Monsters, skating in 3 games with the AHL side and scoring a goal.
