
Snappers Fall Big to Kernels

The Cedar Rapids Kernels beat the Beloit Snappers 14-2 Sunday afternoon at Pohlman Field. The loss puts the Snappers a game and a half out of the now first place Kernels.
The "Brodie Trophy Player of the Game" is Snappers second baseman James Beresford who went 2-for-3 with a run scored.
The Snappers will finish the eight game homestand Monday night as they take on the Kernels with first pitch at 6:30PM.
